We’re looking for an experienced Life Insurance Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on high-impact initiatives, including life insurance portfolio migration and commercial development projects.
👥 You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of ~10 experts (Actuaries, Business Analysts, Testers) specializing in individual and group life insurance.
🔍 Your Role
Depending on your experience, you will play a key role in projects focused on migration of individual life insurance policies.
Analysis
* Analyze differences between source and target systems in the context of policy migration
* Define and document business requirements aligned with quality standards
* Identify operational and process impacts of migration
* Bridge the gap between Business and IT to ensure shared understanding
Testing
* Design, prepare, and execute process and calculation test scenarios
Monitoring & Coordination
* Act as a central point of contact between business and IT stakeholders
* Provide clear, regular reporting on progress and risks
* Collaborate closely with IT, Operations, Business, and Distribution teams
🎯 Your Profile
* Strong expertise in individual life insurance products & processes (mandatory)
* Solid knowledge of “Classique” life insurance products
* Proven experience in life insurance migration projects
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector
* Demonstrated success as a Business Analyst
* Familiar with standard business/process analysis methodologies
* Degree in Mathematics or equivalent experience
* Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
