Your Mission
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support transformation and migration initiatives within a facility management and data environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior talent willing to develop strong business analysis skills in a consultancy context.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting business and data analysis activities
* Participating in data migration and validation processes
* Contributing to requirement gathering and documentation
* Assisting in test preparation and UAT coordination
* Supporting process mapping and functional analysis
* Helping structure information into clear and actionable deliverables
* Identifying and escalating potential risks
* Working closely with business and IT stakeholders
Profile
* Junior profile motivated to start or develop a career as Business Analyst
* Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach
* Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders
* Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
* Interest in data, processes, and transformation projects
️ Technical Skills (Assets)
* Basic knowledge or interest in data analysis tools such as Databricks
* Familiarity with validation or scripting approaches (e.g. Python) is a plus
