Job Overview: Mid-Senior (Medior) Sitecore Developer - FREELANCE
For our client active in the rail transportation sector, we're looking for a skilled Sitecore Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Development Leadership: Lead Sitecore-based projects from conception to deployment, ensuring the delivery of complex, consistent, and user-centric web platforms.
* Performance & Reliability: Manage the continuous evaluation and optimization of platform performance to ensure high reliability and smooth operation.
* Backend Integration: Partner with backend engineering teams to facilitate real-time data exchange and robust system integrations.
* Design Implementation: Translate sophisticated UI/UX designs into high-quality web interfaces while establishing technical standards for the broader development team.
* Cross-Browser Excellence: Ensure a uniform experience across all major browsers, proactively identifying and resolving compatibility issues.
* Innovation & Growth: Stay at the forefront of Sitecore trends and web technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical evolution.
* Quality Assurance: Define benchmarks using Sitecore-specific testing tools to guarantee unparalleled platform stability.
* Mentorship & Communication: Provide regular project updates and clear technical documentation. Serve as a mentor to junior developers, sharing expertise to elevate the team’s collective skill set.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Sitecore Expertise: Demonstrable experience with Sitecore 10 XP, including containers, analytics, and marketing forms.
* Migrations: Proven track record of handling Sitecore version updates and platform migrations.
* System Integration: Expertise in backend integration and managing consistent data flows.
* Language: Native or professional fluency in English.
* Availability: Willingness to provide on-demand support for production incidents (24/7 availability when required).

* Location : Brussels - hybrid (2-3 days/week on-site)
