Are you a natural organiser with great attention to detail and strong people skills? Then this position as Management Assistant at a leading law firm specialising in tax law in Brussels might be exactly what you’re looking for.

What will you do?

As a Management Assistant, you’re the key connector within the team. You’ll support a partner and their lawyers on both administrative and organisational matters. Thanks to your accuracy, discretion and proactive mindset, everything runs smoothly — from complex agendas to legal documents, from travel arrangements to internal coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

* Managing agendas and organising meetings and business trips;
* Preparing, formatting, proofreading and translating documents and presentations;
* Handling correspondence, digital files and archives;
* Following up on to-do lists and deadlines;
* Supporting administrative and compliance processes;
* Registering for seminars and maintaining contact databases;
* Thinking along about ways to optimise workflows and improve team efficiency.

Your profile

The job requires

* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
* Excellent command of Dutch, very good English and good French;
* Strong knowledge of MS Office;
* Resilience, assertiveness and flexibility;
* Outstanding organisational and planning skills;
* Discretion, empathy and great communication skills.
