Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator (HSC) to join its team.
As a Health & Safety Coordinator (HSC) at Vulcain Engineering Belgium, you will work on industrial projects during the construction phase.
ABOUT THE ROLE :
* Ensure health & safety coordination on multi-contractor construction sites
* Draft, review, and validate Specific Health & Safety Plans (PPSS)
* Guarantee daily and proactive on-site presence
* Organize and lead site safety meetings
* Carry out regular site inspections and field audits
* Identify risks, propose preventive measures, and follow up on their implementation
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory H&S requirements
* Work closely with project teams and HSE representatives
ABOUT YOU :
* CSS Certification Level A or B
* Proven experience in health & safety coordination on industrial construction sites
* Strong field presence and ability to interact with multiple contractors
* Administrative rigor (PPSS, reporting, documentation follow-up)
* Strong communication skills and natural leadership
* Autonomous and proactive mindset
