IntroductionWe are seeking a Power System Expert to strengthen advanced analytical and modelling activities within a transmission network environment.The assignment focuses on delivering expert-level technical support in a time‐critical context, while contributing to the robustness and continuity of ongoing analytical and transformation initiatives. The consultant is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and to provide targeted knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Function Execution of advanced power network analyses, including:Load flow and steady-state studies Voltage and dynamic stability analysesNetwork modelling and validation of input dataContribution to analytical and operational activities using power system simulation tool Development and maintenance of analytical workflow s, including:Automation and scripting of simulation tasksDevelopment of supporting tools for analysis, testing and reporting Provision of expert technical support and coaching to internal engineers and analystsCollaboration with other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical outputs RequirementsMinimum 8 years of professional experience in power engineering rolesProven experience within a Transmission System Operator (TSO) or comparable organization (mandatory requirement)Demonstrated expertise in transmission network studiesAdvanced and hands-on knowledge of power system simulation software PowerFactory (from DigSILENT)Strong programming and automation skills, in particular: Python Scripting and automation within simulation environmentsAbility to work independently in complex and high‐criticality environmentsStrong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindsetMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification Specialization in Power System / Transmission NetworksGood level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
