Ph3Job Description /h3 pDivision: Group Business Solutions (GBS). Within GBS’s Solutions Architecture team in the Software Engineering Tribe, you will define target architecture and design end‑to‑end solutions for initiatives across GBS domains, with a focus on Collateral Management and Funds. You will also actively contribute to evolving the Solution Architecture Practice. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liSolution Definition: Support and, where appropriate, lead the definition and implementation of architecture solutions for transversal programs, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and security requirements under the guidance of senior architects. /li liCollaboration: Work with requirement owners, domain architects, and IT engineers to build high‑quality solutions. /li liIntegration: Bridge the gap between Enterprise Architecture and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and domain target architectures. /li liCommunity Contribution: Contribute to reusable solution patterns and building blocks and actively participate in evolving Solution Architecture and Software Engineering practices. /li liTechnology Expertise: Apply hands‑on technology and delivery experience to define business capability (Domain) target architectures and roadmaps focused on the Collateral Management and Funds domain. /li liKnowledge Sharing: Engage in communities of practice with other architects to share standard methodologies and lessons learned. /li /ul h3Profile Requirements /h3 ul liExperience: Experience in the IT industry, ideally as a solution architect or lead developer on large‑scale transformation projects. /li liAgile and DevOps: Experience with large‑scale agile projects and DevOps practices, including CI/CD. Knowledge of SAFe would be beneficial. /li liArchitectural Skills: Proficiency in event‑driven and service‑based architectures, microservices, and RESTful APIs. /li liTechnical Knowledge: ul liExperience with .NET/Java /li liFamiliarity with Mainframe in general /li liFamiliarity with integration and data technologies, and experience with JavaScript front‑end frameworks such as Angular /li liFamiliarity with Cloud /li /ul /li liComplex Problem Solving: Ability to handle complex systems and problems across functions, locations, and organizations. /li liAutonomy: Capable of conducting architectural analysis and providing pragmatic suggestions with guidance/mentorship and knowing when to escalate. /li liAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to break down complex problems and provide actionable solutions. /li liPragmatism: Focus on delivering fit‑for‑purpose results using a pragmatic approach. /li liCommunication: Strong communication skills to advocate for architectural recommendations to project teams and senior management. /li liRelationship Management: Ability to build positive relationships. /li liIndustry Knowledge: Knowledge of post‑trade market infrastructures and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
