Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Subject Matter Expert in Finance. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, bringing your expertise to diverse client environments and contributing to impactful financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage finance systems functionalities (projects, change requests, maintenance) in line with local user requirements, timing, and budget.
* Contribute to group-level projects and evolutions related to finance tools, regulatory reporting (local and group, financial, management, liquidity, solvency, ALM, credit risk reporting).
* Define and ensure local needs are respected and implemented.
* Secure qualitative and efficient finance systems functionalities.
* Participate in testing activities.
* Ensure change management and training for users (Accounting & Reporting Teams, Management Control, ALM, Credit Risk).
* Analyze, improve, and validate Data Quality Controls for sourced data in Management Accounting Systems and delivery to ALM Group Tool.
* Analyze Data Quality Controls implemented in the COMET tool for ALM data.
* Utilize data analytics, data visualization, scripting, and automation techniques.
* Identify root causes of issues on controls and propose solutions to the relevant teams.
* Write coherent and complete business requirements.
* Define roadmaps and prepare, coordinate, and execute testing by analyzing delivered versus expected results.
* Coordinate and follow up on the implementation of solutions.
* Define remediation action plans to correct sourcing, if applicable.
* Document solutions and linked processes.
* Ensure proactive, regular, and clear communication with management and stakeholders.
Education & Language Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Fluent in French (spoken).
Required Knowledge & Experience:
* At least 6 years of experience in a similar function within a financial institution.
* Technical experience with IT systems (SQL, Access, Excel), stakeholder relations, and clear communication (mandatory).
* Experience with Business Objects, Cognos, and general accounting systems is a plus.
* Business experience with ALM data and processes, data analysis, and functional analysis (mandatory).
* Banking accounting knowledge is a plus.
