Job Description As a Product Marketing Manager F/H/X for Flexcity, you will report directly to the Head of Growth. You will be responsible for shaping product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution by translating market and customer insight into compelling narratives, and support the Sales with clear, compelling collateral that helps them succeed. Positioning & messaging (40%): Develop and refine product value propositions, personas, and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate customer outcomes, value, and differentiation for our products. Go-to-market and Sales enablement (30%): Plan and execute campaigns and launches with growth marketing across our 6 countries and products Create sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards…. And work closely with sales to enable them. Customers & competitive insight (30%) : Gain and maintain a deep understanding of target markets, competitor landscape and customer segments to ensure messaging is relevant, compelling, and insight-driven. Build and maintain a structured competitive intelligence process that informs positioning and sales narrative
