Job Description
As a Logistics Intern, you will be in charge of various tasks and projects, including:
* Support needed for upcoming S4/dEWM migration
* Assist in monitoring and analyzing inventory levels and material flow
* Support logistics planning and optimization projects.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, carriers).
* Assist in the development and implementation of logistics KPIs and dashboards.
* Support digitalization efforts and process improvement initiatives.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use.
* Participate in team meetings and provide insights based on collected data and observations.
* Assist in yearly inventory organization and execution.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fields.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Experience with SAP, S4/HANA, or EWM is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Additional knowledge of VBA and Power BI is an advantage

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1056,00/month.
If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
