Campaign Automation Expert
Location: Avenue du Bourget, 3, 1140 Evere
We are looking for a Campaign Automation Expert who will play a key role in the implementation, automation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, leads for call-centers, etc.).
This role is dedicated to B2B campaigns, while being fully embedded within the Campaign Automation team. In this context, the role may also provide support for B2C campaign execution in case of absence or peak activity, ensuring continuity and team resilience.
The role is highly focused on the technical execution of campaigns, working closely with the B2B Acquisition and Customer Value Management (CVM) teams to ensure campaigns are implemented effectively based on customer segmentation and business requirements.
You will drive technical aspects of campaign targeting, measurement, and analysis, focusing on revenue generation, churn reduction, and gross add acceleration. Additionally, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and support business objectives.
Your responsibilities:
* Implement and automate direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, leads for call centers, etc.) in CRM tools, ensuring they align with business requirements and are executed on time and with high quality.
* Collaborate closely with the acquisition and CVM teams to define segmentation criteria, ensure data availability, and proactively identify relevant customer segments.
* Manage data-related queries and serve as the business SPOC for campaign management.
* Ensure all campaigns adhere to applicable business rules, including GDPR compliance, exclusions, and legal constraints.
* Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
* Identify opportunities for process automation, and provide consultative support to the acquisition and CVM teams for campaign optimization and performance improvements.
* Understand the business objectives and context, and proactively propose campaign improvement ideas (tailored to different B2B segments and value propositions) and optimizations with marketing & sales stakeholders.
* Ensure close alignment within the Campaign Automation team, staying up to date on CMS and technical evolutions, and ensuring their compatibility with B2B campaign needs in coordination with B2C colleagues.
* Provide support for B2C campaign execution when required, ensuring knowledge sharing and operational continuity within the Campaign Automation team.
* Generate detailed campaign performance reports using campaign datamart, DWH, and other data sources, and provide actionable insights to the CVM teamTeam for optimization.
Your profile:
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 1–2 years of exposure to marketing.
* Mastery in campaign management tools (e.g., Unica, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, SAS).
* Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis (SQL, datamarts, DWH).
* Experience in B2B customer datasets is a plus.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently, while being a proactive and collaborative team player.
* Capacity to act as a driver for change, adapting to evolving requirements and technological advances in marketing.
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and business-oriented approach.
* Fluent English and French or Dutch.
