As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced
Technical Writer
who is passionate about transforming technical details into user-friendly documentation. Your attention to detail and ability to engage with various teams will help shape the comprehensive documentation library.
* You develop and maintain a centralized documentation library for IT and Cybersecurity processes.
* You gather information through interviews with operational teams and review existing documentation.
* You standardize and unify documentation formats to ensure consistency and accessibility.
* You ensure all documentation aligns with
NIS2
compliance requirements and
ISO27001
principles.
* You collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to capture accurate workflows and incident response procedures.
* You support audits and compliance reviews by providing clear, structured documentation.
* You contribute to expanding the documentation library to ensure comprehensive coverage of all relevant topics.
What are we looking for?
* You have over
3 years of experience
in technical writing, preferably in IT or Cybersecurity.
* You have a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation.
* You possess excellent interviewing and analytical skills.
* You are familiar with regulatory frameworks such as
NIS2
and
ISO27001
.
* You are proficient in documentation tools and content management systems.
* You exhibit strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* You are fluent in
English
, with conversational ability in
French
or
Dutch
preferred.
* You are based in Belgium and comfortable with a hybrid working model of 3 days a week at the office.
