Assess the feasibility of the proposed functional analysis using technical expertise.
Proactively advise and recommend technical improvements.
Develop specific functionalities based on the analysis using available development tools.
Lead progress in OpenEdge development and expand scope over time.
Take responsibility for incident and problem resolution within the domain and continuously seek improvements of applications and processes.
Drive functional analysis improvements, functional and technical alignments, and guide junior and senior developers to excellence.
Qualifications
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Good spoken and written knowledge of English.
Good collaborative skills and sense of responsibility.
Experience with Progress OpenEdge development.
A strong analytical mind.
An accurate, methodical, and systematic way of working.
A customer‑oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Excellent problem analysis and problem‑solving skills.
Good understanding of REST, JSON, Domain‑Driven Design, unit testing, and integration testing.
Nice to have: experience with test‑driven development and CI/CD environments.
Knowledge of Jenkins, ELK, Grafana, Kafka, Akeyless, BigQuery.
