1. Service operations, covering infrastructure, Cloud, Mainframe, Core IT, Integration, Networking, etc.
2. Access Management/Security
3. Technical Support, focusing on Workplace, Office collaboration, Development & Engineering tools, IT4IT, etc.
The Solution Architect we are hiring will work within the Technical Support feature.
The Solution Architect is an IT professional with a strong focus on applications, data, and technology architectures, and a thorough understanding of the business Line of Business (LoB) they support. They outline solutions across functional domains and monitor their implementation through design authority meetings. The Solution Architect reports directly to the Enterprise Architect of the domain and collaborates closely with Business Architects and Delivery Managers.
Responsibilities:
Focus on a Technical Architect profile with expertise in Workplace infrastructure (e.g., Virtual device infrastructure like Citrix), Helpdesk support for workplace devices (O365, SharePoint, MS Teams), Time tracking tools, Enterprise-wide Planning, and tooling for the Technology Office and Engineering (Dev Workstations, Architecture, DevOps needs), covering a broad spectrum of applications.
Your Mission:
1. Work in an Agile environment.
2. Create solution architecture for each functionality (Epic/Feature), including application components, integration (services, API, events, files), application cooperation, information, and Public Cloud (AWS) usage, formalized using Archimate.
3. Connect technology solutions with measurable business value.
4. Collaborate with product teams (developers and operations engineers) for end-to-end alignment.
5. Own the specification of non-functional requirements.
6. Communicate the solution effectively to stakeholders and management.
7. Work with enterprise architects on strategic direction and contribute to the implementation of the target architecture roadmap.
8. Challenge and define scope to enable informed business decisions.
9. Ensure initiatives align with the initial business architecture to achieve the desired organizational outcomes.
10. Support business process digitization by proposing innovative solutions.
