RoleAs Project Manager Masterdata, you are responsible for end-to-end coordination, planning, and quality assurance of all preparatory master data activities supporting an S/4HANA migration.
Responsibilities- Manage planning and quality control of master data preparation activities- Coordinate deliverables including:* Technical and functional master data* Bill of Materials (BoM)* Maintenance catalogs* Equipment and functional location structures* Related data for new S/4HANA functionalities- Act as project manager for this workstream
* Track deadlines, dependencies, and progress
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure validation and approval of data
* Escalate risks, delays, and data quality issues
* Ensure readiness for testing and cutover activities

Technical Skills
* Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
* Knowledge of maintenance processes (Asset Management / EAM)

* Familiarity with process modeling tools (Signavio, ARIS, BPMN)
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
LocationBrussels 1000- On-site presence required with possible flexibility depending on project needs. Work may be limited to EU locations due to regulations.

* Up to 220 working days
