To support the growth of our SAP Supply Chain activities, SOA People is expanding its teams and is looking for several SAP Supply Chain Consultants to support customers in Belgium.
You will work in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, supporting customers with high-quality functional expertise and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Your role
As an SAP Supply Chain Consultant, you support customers in maintaining, improving and extending their SAP logistics and production solutions.
You take ownership of your functional topics, from incident analysis to solution delivery, while acting as a trusted partner for customers. Your role combines SAP expertise, business understanding and service excellence..
Your responsibilities
Deliver 2nd and 3rd level functional SAP support for multiple customers
Analyse, resolve and document SAP issues related to your module
Implement functional changes, configurations and corrections
Support and assist business key users
Participate in on-site customer meetings, workshops and go-live support when required
Contribute to mini-projects and functional extensions
Collaborate with internal SAP consultants. SAPfor standard product issues and internal development teams for SOA People add-ons
Proactively communicate on progress and results with all stakeholders
Escalate operational issues when needed
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
Your profile
Min 3 years of experience as an SAP Supply Chain Consultant
Strong expertise in at least one module: PM, MM, SD or PP
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams
Strong analytical and customer-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills with business and IT stakeholders
Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong asset
