Do you want to contribute to a safe European market while gaining an authentic international experience in a compliance consultancy?Obelis is looking for a Commercial Intern. This internship brings together two distinct roles/tracks within our commercial team:Sales InternshipCustomer Relations InternshipImportant: candidates who apply will be considered for both tracks. Your final assignment (Sales or Customer Relations) will be confirmed during the recruitment process based on your interests and our needs.Track 1 — Sales Intern (Your responsibilities)Support key Sales activities (exhibitions & events, prospecting projects, issuing agreements, lead insertion in CRM, etc.)Conduct business research to generate leads and support marketing campaignsSupport CRM maintenance (data, prices, quotations, etc.)Generate new leads through emails and callsContact inactive leads to revive interestCold-call potential prospectsFollow up on tasks assigned to youContribute to the implementation of ISOProvide ad-hoc support to your unitTrack 2 — Customer Relations Intern (Your responsibilities)Provide professional, high-level, and smooth client service (internal & external)Support Customer Relations tasks, including:Manage and archive client documentationCollect client feedbackFollow up on order formsPromote Gold PackagesRespond to client queries by email and by phoneFollow up on tasks assigned to youContribute to the implementation of ISOProvide ad-hoc support to your unitParticipate in Obelis eventsRequirements (applies to both tracks)EU work permit requiredBachelor/Master degree (preferably Business, Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or similar)Fluent in English (written & oral); additional languages are a plusConfident user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Excel is a plus)Strong team player, clear communicator, quick learner, and self-motivatedOrganized, detail-oriented, able to manage deadlines with high-quality resultsAdaptable and proactive with a positive “can-do” attitudePlus for Sales track: hunter mindset, comfortable with outreach/cold callingPlus for Customer Relations track: prior customer service experience (advantage)Internship terms & benefitsLocation: BrusselsFull-time paid internship: 12 months (with possibility to develop your career at Obelis after the internship)18 days off - to be granted after start-up period: 3 months15 teleworking days from abroad - to be granted after start-up period: 3 monthsBirthday day offFlexitimeMeal vouchersTransport ticket includedAbout ObelisObelis S.A. is a quality-driven, service-oriented company with over 30 years of experience in EU regulations.
