Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for Dutch and French-speaking customers, you will be responsible for providing warm and professional telephone support, responding to customer inquiries in both languages, and diagnosing issues to assist customers remotely or on-site.
Your main responsibilities will include guiding and supporting customers in their user experience, analyzing and recommending solutions for each need, collaborating with project and development teams to expedite cases, and contributing to the implementation of new modules and tools.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with innate ease in dealing with customers. A degree in accounting, business IT, or equivalent experience is preferred.
