We are looking for a proactive Monitoring Analyst with a keen interest in technology to join our team!
In this position, you will be the 1st line of support to monitor the behavior of critical-business systems and services, and responsible to take initial actions to diagnose, analyze, and restore systems/services. You will be working closely with other operational and network technical teams. Provide first line support to internal and external customers via phone, email and walk-in.
Perform scheduled health checks of IT components, scheduled contingency tests and disaster recovery exercises
Work autonomously in shifts in a 24*7 environment (shift rotation, on call, etc)
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows
Experience with Ticketing Tools and standard Office applications
Ability to read, write and speak English is mandatory
Ability to work in a shift work environment. Flexibility to cover shift changes with short notice
Due to shifts and nature of the role (24*7 environment with on call and night shifts), you get premium payment for certain hours (night shift, weekends) and even if On Call is not activated, we consider it and paid it as a full working day
