About the role
Flowinis ourSaaS-basede-invoicingsolution, serving customers who rely on secure, compliant, and scalable digital invoicing capabilities. To strengthen our Product Software Engineering organization, we are looking for aSoftware Development Managerto lead theend-to-endtechnical delivery of theFlowinvalue stream.
In this role, you will oversee multiple engineering teams responsible for delivering our product and technical roadmap. You will drive architectural alignment, elevate engineering excellence, and coachthe teamwhile ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of reliability, quality, and performance.

1. Lead and coach agrowinggroup of engineeringprofessionals.

RoadmapOwnership& Delivery
4. Own the successful delivery of theFlowinproduct and technical roadmap.
5. Partner closely with Product Management and the Value StreamLeadto align business priorities with engineering execution.
6. Translate strategic goals into clear delivery outcomes across teams.
7. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensureon-timedelivery of secure,high-qualitysoftware.
TechnicalLeadership&ArchitecturalDirection
8. Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and maintainability across all teams.
9. Act as an escalation point for complex technical decisions.
10. Foster modern engineering practices such ascloud-nativedesign, automation, andsecure-by-defaultdevelopment.
EnterpriseCollaboration
11. Align value stream delivery with enterprise technology and product strategies.
12. Collaborate with other value streams,enterpriseteams, and business stakeholders to drivecross-organizationaloutcomes.

13. Champion consistent use of Agile, DevOps, and quality assurance practices.
14. Ensure compliance with the software development lifecycle and internal governance standards.

You are an experienced engineering leader who thrives in a SaaS product environment and enjoys enabling teams to deliver impactful results.Youbring:
16. Proven experience leading multiple software engineering teams in afast-paced,product-drivenorganization.
17. A strong technical background and the ability to influence architectural and design decisions.
18. Demonstrated success in delivering complex software productsend-to-end.
19. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
20. Experience with change management, process improvement, and(scaled)Agile environments.
