Operations Coordinator - Lodovico Corsini
Lodovico Corsini is a contemporary art gallery based in Brussels representing international emerging and established artists. The gallery develops an exhibition program alongside collaborations with institutions and participation in international art fairs.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented logistics coordinator and office administrator to join our team. This role focuses on artwork shipping logistics, financial and office administration and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the gallery. Working closely with the director and team, the logistics coordinator plays a key role in maintaining efficient internal processes while overseeing the logistics of artwork shipments for collectors, artists, and exhibitions. As part of a small and dynamic team, the role requires autonomy, flexibility, and strong organizational skills. This position can be filled immediately.
Job description
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the art gallery
* Logistics (shipping, customs, coordination with artists, collectors and institutions)
* Financial administration (invoicing, payments and basic accounting coordination)
* Office management
* Contract management
Profiel
* Fluency in English and French is required, more languages are a plus
* Experience with logistics and financial administration is strongly preferred
* Basic skills in Word, Excel and InDesign are required. Familiar with Artlogic and Photoshop is a plus.
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
