1. Context of the mission
Project context:
The goal of this specific IT track is to design & deliver IT solutions that support the development of a new warehouse facility.
This involves implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and optimizing critical business processes across core systems and processes. Supply Chain processes like Replenishment (Store/DC), transportation, master data management, SAP ERP integration, and warehouse automation.
The IT track will play a crucial role in enabling efficient, scalable, and technologically advanced warehouse operations while aligning with the broader organizational strategy.
To deliver this complex three-year IT track, we aim to onboard an experienced IT Project Manager.
The project will follow a phased approach, focusing on optimizing existing Supply Chain operations, setting up SAP ERP to support multi-distribution center (DC) operations, and integrating advanced WMS/WCS systems to enable mechanization and automation at the new facility.
Reporting directly to the IT Director of Supply Chain & Quality, the IT Project Manager will ensure IT deliverables align with broader organizational and supply chain strategies.
Initial Focus Areas:
The key priorities for the IT Project Manager’s initial responsibilities will include:
Define IT Track Structure: Establishing the scope, responsibilities, and governance processes
necessary to manage the IT track effectively.
Translate Roadmap: Breaking down the overarching three
-year project roadmap into a detailed IT delivery timeline with achievable milestones.
Team onboarding: Defining essential skillsets and onboarding technical analysts/leads to
form a high-performing IT team.
Governance Development: Setting up decision
-making frameworks and monitoring processes to manage risks, ensure progress, and uphold quality across IT deliverables.
Role Impact:
The IT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in executing key deliverables, such as the WMS
implementation, warehouse automation, SAP ERP integration, replenishment systems, transport solutions, and article master data management. This role leadership will be instrumental in building the governance, structure, and timelines required to deliver optimized IT solutions in a phased manor that enable efficient, scalable, and long-term Supply Chain & Warehouse operations.

Level of education required
Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent through experience.
