Your responsibilitiesMonitor and ensure the proper application of quality standards, procedures, and internal work instructionsMaintain, validate, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management SystemSupervise and verify the quality of incoming materials and componentsProvide production teams with appropriate measuring and inspection equipment to ensure product conformity and manage the calibration and availability of measurement toolsManage and maintain quality documentation for new, modified, or non-conforming productsInvestigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actionsSupport production teams by carrying out product inspections and process checksCollaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfactionYour profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or Quality–Safety–Environment (QSE), or equivalent experienceExperience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally within mechanical or technical productionKnowledge of quality assurance tools, audit techniques, and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities effectivelyProactive, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented mindsetLanguages: good command of Dutch or French and English
