Senior Test Coordinator WAN (Working on Networks) Program Melle / Mechelen, Belgium (Hybrid)Start Date: July 2026 Overview Fluvius is looking for a Senior Test Coordinator to support the WAN (Werken Aan Netten) transformation program, a strategic initiative focused on the digitalization and simplification of customer and network-related processes across the organization. As the E2E Test Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end testing activities across multiple product teams and releases. You will ensure that quality objectives are achieved through effective planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while maintaining alignment with Fluvius' overall testing strategy. Responsibilities Develop and maintain an end-to-end testing strategy aligned with the Fluvius testing frameworkCreate and monitor E2E test plans, scope definitions, milestones, and exit criteria across multiple teamsCoordinate testing activities between product and delivery teams without assuming team management responsibilitiesSupport teams in preparing and refining end-to-end test scenariosMonitor end-to-end integrations against functional and non-functional requirementsIdentify and manage quality risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and testing challenges at program levelProvide regular reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders and program managementAct as the primary point of contact for end-to-end quality assurance within assigned projectsContribute to the Fluvius Testing Guild and help improve testing practices across the organization Required Experience 5+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator5+ years of experience in dedicated Test Coordinator roles (not combined with other functions)3+ years of experience coordinating activities across multiple product or delivery teams at program levelExperience managing testing activities involving at least four teams simultaneouslyExperience creating and maintaining cross-team test planningStrong knowledge of formal testing methodologies and quality assurance practicesExperience reporting to management and business stakeholdersExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsFluent Dutch (C2 level required) Nice to Have Experience working within Agile/Scrum environmentsExperience in the energy or utilities sectorExperience with release management processesExperience with SAP environments and integrationsExperience developing test strategies and coordinating end-to-end testing programs Environment Full-time assignmentHybrid working modelMinimum of 2 days per week on-site in Melle or MechelenCollaboration with multiple product teams across a large transformation programInitial contract until July 2027 with potential extensionOpportunity to contribute to one of the largest digital transformation initiatives within the Belgian utilities sector
