We are looking for a Services Account Representative who will:
* Support team members as the main customer contact for operational service matters
* Help manage service contracts, service coordination and customer support
* Contribute to service sales growth through effective account management
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer‑focused solutions
What you will do:
* Handle orders and coordinate relevant parts and materials
* Perform purchasing and invoicing tasks; collaborate closely with service admin teams
* Coordinate service contract fulfilment and non‑contract events, including scheduling and scope changes
* Lead customer communication and planning for service, maintenance, permanent solutions and rebuild kits
* Resolve customer enquiries and direct them within the organization
* Support sales teams and customers to achieve desired outcomes
* Follow up on customer satisfaction and represent the customer voice internally
A successful Services Account Representative should bring:
* Experience in a customer-focused role, preferably with responsibilities in order management and service coordination.
* Strong skills in managing customer accounts and handling administrative tasks.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Proficiency in software and tools (SAP, excel).
* Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
