About the Role
We are looking for an Offline Growth Manager to help us bring our brand to life in the real world. As Offline Growth Manager, you will be responsible for executing and improving Curafyt’s offline marketing initiatives. You will translate our marketing strategy into high-quality real-world activations, including trade shows, veterinary visibility, veterinary practice support, and partnerships. This role focuses on operational excellence, strong execution, and continuous improvement of offline marketing performance.
Responsibilities
Offline Activations
* Execute offline marketing initiatives defined in the marketing planning
* Propose new activation ideas aligned with the brand positioning
* Plan and coordinate timelines and budgets for offline projects
* Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing, sales, and logistics teams
Trade Shows & Events
* Organize Curafyt’s participation in trade shows and industry events
* Manage event logistics and preparation
* Coordinate stand build-up and dismantling
* Ensure professional on-site execution
* Prepare and organize materials, merchandising, and branding assets
* Implement lead capture systems during events
* Coordinate post-event follow-up with the sales or marketing team
Trade Marketing & Veterinary Visibility
* Develop and coordinate POS materials
* Ensure strong visibility in veterinary clinics
* Organize sampling and promotional materials
* Support the sales team with practical marketing tools (in collaboration with the Brand & Visual Designer)
Partnerships & Local Activations
* Identify relevant local partnerships
* Coordinate co-branded initiatives
* Execute referral and local growth initiatives
Performance Tracking
* Track results of offline initiatives
* Analyze event performance and retail impact
* Identify improvements based on data and feedback
* Report results to the marketing team
Qualifications
We are open to junior to mid-level profiles (1–3 years experience) with strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Required Skills
* Enjoy making projects happen in the real world
* Are highly organized and detail-oriented
* Like working across teams (marketing, sales, logistics)
* Have experience with events, activations, trade marketing or brand marketing
* Are proactive and enjoy proposing ideas
* Are comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Preferred Skills
* Have experience in animal health, veterinary, or equestrian industries
* Enjoy working in a fast-growing scale-up environment
