Position: Talent Acquisition officer Department description and responsibilities As part of a human resources team, Talent Acquisition Officer (also known as corporate recruiters and internal recruiters) are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's needs. This person needs to have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.Primary Tasks and responsibilities - Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.- Screening resumes.- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.- Administering appropriate company assessments.- Performing reference and background checks.- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.- Following up on the interview process status.- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties to ensure staffing goals are achieved.- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.- Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.- Completing timely reports on employment activity.- Stakeholder management.- Reporting & Administration.Technical profile requirements - 3+Years experience within Talent Acquisition/recruitment- Bachelor Degree OR equivalent through experience in HR, Business administration or relevant field.- Good knowledge with ATS (applicant tracking system)- Experience with Workday is a very strong added value- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools- Experience with LinkedIn search.Location: Antwerp, Belgium Contract duration: 6 months (option to extend)
