As a Legal Secretary, you are the backbone of our office. Your tasks include, among others:

Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, seminars, and client events

Assisting with conflict checks and opening new matters
*
Supporting the billing process (preparing, formatting, saving, printing, and liaising with the billing team)
*
Recording and releasing timesheets when required
*
Organizing travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and processing expense reports
*
Coordinating participation in external conferences and events (registrations, agendas, follow-up)
*
Preparing legal documents: printing, formatting, scanning, copying, archiving, and courier handling
*
Ensuring accurate and timely filing, both electronic and physical
*
Assisting with day-to-day office tasks such as catering, restaurant, and taxi bookings
*
Supporting marketing and business development activities (follow-ups, monitoring deadlines)
*
Collaborating closely with receptionists, office assistants, and other legal secretaries to maintain a smooth workflow
*
At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role (experience in an international law firm is a plus)
*
Excellent command of English and Dutch; knowledge of French is an advantage
*
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Highly accurate, discreet, and well-organized with great attention to detail
*
Flexible and able to set priorities in a fast-paced environment
