A well-established international manufacturing and technology group in East Flanders is looking for a someone to take ownership of a key position within their EMEA finance team, focused on cash flow, customer accounts and process improvement.
In this role, you would:
• Own and optimise the customer accounts and cash flow cycle across the region
• Work closely with sales and customer teams to improve processes and visibility
• Produce insights and reporting to support business decisions
• Help drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Play a key role in strengthening collaboration between finance and operations
They’re looking for someone with experience in Credit Collections/Collecting and Accounts Receivable (AR) as well as someone with exposure to Order-to-Cash / customer accounting / finance operations who enjoys combining analysis, stakeholder interaction and process optimisation in an international environment. Fluency in English is required, with Dutch or French as a plus.
