We are hiring a Business Analyst for the European Commission in Brussels and various locations around Europe.

* Business process analysis [Essential]
* Business processes modelling. [Essential]
* Functional requirements and business cases analysis. [Essential]
* Risk analysis.
* Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans. [Essential]
Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or higher
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 1 year of specific expertise in
Good knowledge of information systems matters
At least 1 year of specific expertise in
Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
At least 1 year of specific expertise in
Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
At least 1 year of specific expertise in
Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
At least 1 year of specific expertise in
Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
At least 1 year of specific expertise in
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile, Prince2, PM2)
