Position Summary:
This role supports all EMEA sites and reports to the Sr Director, Supply Chain LCD.
How Will You Make an Impact?
* Lead a team of production planners and buyers.
* Partner with the Demand Planning team to build executable supply plans across all value streams and ensure supply meets demand requirements.
* Complete routine rough-cut capacity planning based on 18-24 months of demand.
* Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure reliable supply of Raw Materials, Packaging, and Components.
* Deploy new process changes, templates, and work on projects with other functions to account for organizational changes.
* Represent the Site Leadership staff, including performance reporting, budget management, strategy contribution, decision-making, and communications.
* Balance key goals and priorities of service level, inventory, and operational efficiencies within a quarterly planning horizon.
* Facilitate monthly supply planning meetings and resolve gaps.
* Recommend and support capacity expansions.
* Support relevant supply chain projects to improve customer experience and delivery.
* Participate in problem-solving activities and drive back-order reduction efforts.
* Lead the annual PMD and HRR processes.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
* At least 7 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain or a related field, ideally in Life Sciences manufacturing or a highly regulated field.
* Proficiency in an Enterprise System, such as SAP, JDE, or another major ERP system.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Deep knowledge in planning processes: supply planning, new product introduction, material planning, and SIOP processes.
* Ability to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
