About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our EU Institutions recruitment team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and hiring top IT talent for European institutions, contributing to different clients and projects that impact the public sector across Europe. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source eligible candidates from various recruitment channels like LinkedIn, job boards & professional networks. Manage the end – to -end recruitment process of client-based open positions. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions within EU Institutions. Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and ensure a positive candidate experience. Successfully negotiate terms and expectations, ensuring open positions are filled autonomously. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume evaluations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for candidate questions throughout the hiring process. Additional adhoc tasks may be assigned depending on overall performance and team needs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: At least 1 year of IT recruitment experience post-internship or 2 years of general recruitment experience. Languages: Fluent in English and at least one other European language. Skills and Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage several open positions and the recruitment process at once. Excellent organizational skills. High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proactive mindset. Ability to assess a candidate’s potential through strategic questioning. Service-oriented, problem solver, and solutions-driven approach. Openness to feedback and collaboration with diverse teams in the EU Institutions delivery unit. Flexibility and a proactive attitude in taking the autonomous lead on recruitment open positions.
