What you will do
* Administer and optimize the Snow Software (Flexera) SAM platform on a daily basis
* Monitor and ensure software license compliance for key vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe)
* Deliver clear compliance, usage and cost reports to stakeholders
* Detect over- or under-licensing and define corrective actions
* Prepare and coordinate vendor audits with internal teams
* Support Finance and Procurement during contract renewals and negotiations
* Drive license optimization through reuse and removal of unused assets
* Stay up to date on evolving licensing models (cloud, subscription, hybrid)
What you bring
* 3–5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM)
* Strong hands-on expertise with Snow Software (License Manager, Inventory, SAM Intelligence)
* Solid knowledge of enterprise licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe)
* Experience in an ITIL / ITSM RUN environment
* Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar)
* Native French/Dutch + English
* Structured, compliance-driven and proactive mindset
* Comfortable working with Finance, Procurement and Legal stakeholders
