Working as a Security Manager
Orange Cyberdefense is seeking a Security Manager to oversee service delivery and technical account management within our Security Operations Center (SOC) environment. This role involves ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and technical support.
Your key responsibilities as a Security Manager will include:
* Managing customer relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for security service delivery and technical issues
* Reporting on customer KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure service quality and continuous improvement
* Coordinating with technical teams to address customer needs and resolve complex security incidents
* Overseeing the delivery of security services, including incident management, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management
* Conducting regular review meetings with clients to discuss security posture, ongoing projects, and improvement plans
* Supporting onboarding of new clients and ensuring smooth transition and integration
* Leading and mentoring a team of security analysts and technical specialists
* Preparing and presenting monthly reports on security operations and customer status
Why are we talking to you?
* Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch, with basic knowledge of French
* A degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
* Experience in service delivery, client management, or technical account management within a cybersecurity context
* Strong understanding of security operations, incident management, and customer support processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Process‑oriented mindset, with attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS
* Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, or other security management tools
* Previous experience in a SOC environment or security consulting
