DescriptionAs a 360° Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing local marketing activities that elevate the Jo Malone London brand experience. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of launches, sampling, promotions, and campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the marketing calendar and align stakeholders on launch timings.Develop and execute 360° toolkits for campaigns, collections, and collaborations.Analyse sell-through data and feedback to optimise future activations.Lead sampling strategy and gifting execution across channels.Support promotional planning, packaging, and supplier coordination.Prepare pricing proposals and monitor stock levels.Maintain budget accuracy and raise POs in line with planned activity.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldPassionate about ELC, the beauty industry and consumer trends2–4 years' experience in marketing, ideally in beauty, luxury, or retailBe highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and work to tight deadlinesProactive, collaborative, and customer-focusedComfortable working with data, budgets, and suppliersSkilled in Microsoft Office: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (creative), Outlook & WordFluent in English, Dutch and French (spoken & written)
