Sales Manager Upstream EMEA
Job Description
The Sales Manager Upstream is responsible for managing a team of sales associates, Key Account Managers. This person will be responsible for managing all Key Accounts Upstream across EMEA, negotiating annual or multi-year contracts, and developing a healthy pipeline of new projects.
* Manage the daily commercial operations of the EMEA Upstream team
* Ensure accurate budgeting and sales forecasting to support supply planning
* Lead and motivate a dedicated team of sales associates, ensuring alignment with company objectives
* Cultivate and maintain strong internal & external relationships
* Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies, ensuring profitability and sustainability in the sales cycle
* Ensure targets are met and exceeded by regular performance monitoring and reporting
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet targets and enhance market share in the region
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate activities to gather market intelligence information related to the use of Milliken products at the converters and brands level
* Defend and increase the market share
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of the organization
* Understanding of cultural diversity and ability to adapt and be successful managing relationships with customers and industry associations in several countries
* Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
* > 10 years professional work experience, with expertise in sales required
* Ability to travel 40-50% of the time across EMEA
