Portfolio Manager for Industrial Operations
As a Portfolio Manager for Industrial Operations, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of capital expenditure projects in our buildings. This includes providing technical input for projects, identifying new projects through consultation and collaboration with stakeholders, working closely with engineering partners to define project scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring clear communication and information flows between project partners.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the portfolio of capex projects in the buildings under management
* Provide technical input for projects in the portfolio

About You:
* You hold an engineering degree or technical bachelor's degree coupled with some years of relevant experience in a technical position
* You are highly communicative both written and spoken
* You are innovative and have a pragmatic outlook
* You have strong technical competencies in multiple disciplines
* You work well within the team and with internal partners as well as external partners
* You are flexible and results-oriented and can work independently to achieve certain objectives
* You know how to deal with continuously meeting tight timelines
* You are extremely stress-resistant
* You take initiative and are a real team player who achieves results and contributes to a pleasant working atmosphere
