Havas Media Belgium is looking for a Senior Social Media Trader to strengthen our Social Media team.You will lead the day-to-day activation of paid social campaigns and turn performance data into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams. You will work closely with Client Service and Strategy, and collaborate with platform partners to continuously improve results.What you will doAs Senior Social Media Trader, you ensure trading excellence across your client portfolio: flawless execution, rigorous pacing and optimization, and transparent performance storytelling.You bring a test-and-learn mindset, share learnings proactively, and help teams translate platform changes into tangible growth opportunities.Own end-to-end paid social execution: setup, trafficking, QA, and go-live across platforms.Translate objectives into targeting, measurement, and creative/ad format recommendations (prospecting, retargeting, lead gen, e-commerce, awareness).Manage pacing and budget delivery;
