These newly formed teams will soon start and further shape their scope, responsibilities and way of working.To make our operation successful, we are looking for someone who:Brings structure that gives teams something to hold on to and leaves room for flexibility.Guides teams in finding their own effective way of working.Supports people in their role within a changing context.What do we expect from you?Guiding teams in changeYou help teams shape their new way of working and support them in developing a sustainable way of working together, in which agile principles guide the approach.Supporting domain managersYou help them concretely with:Setting up and managing backlogs Applying structure and priorities Organizing their teams and workflows Co-creating working methods.You do not start from one fixed framework, but work together with teams on an approach that suits their context and needs with respect for the agile principles.Bringing structure to delivery.You help teams to record, distribute and follow up on work in a structured way — with a focus on transparency and predictability.Hands-on improvement and facilitation.You roll up your sleeves yourself: you set things in motion, facilitate consultation moments and help teams move forward by actively working on solutions.Who are we looking for?You have experience as a Delivery Coach, Agile Coach, Scrum Master or similar role, preferably within data, AI or tech teams.You have experience with organizational change or team transformations.You like to support people in their role and work pragmatically on solutions.You bring structure without rigidity.You are strong in facilitation and stakeholder management.Experience with data environments (data engineering / data science) is a plus.SkillsDemonstrable experience as a Scrum MasterDemonstrable experience in a delivery role (Scrum Master/Delivery Lead / Agile Coach)Demonstrable experience in facilitating (workshops, retros, alignment sessions, etc.)Proven experience in infrastructure projects or development projectsDemonstrable experience in guiding teams in change/transitionDemonstrable experience with structuring work (backlogs, flow, priorities, delivery rhythm)Proven experience in data environmentsDemonstrable experience in facilitating and coaching individuals and teamsDemonstrable experience with Agile project operation (SCRUM) + agile values and principlesDemonstrable experience with Agile toolsProven experience with agile tools (Jira, etc.)Demonstrable experience with coaching of Product OwnersProven experience with stakeholder management across multiple teamsDemonstrable experience with team building/team dynamicsDemonstrable training with certification (Scrum Master/Coach within Agile development methodology)Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.
