(Key) Account Manager
Job description Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you provide ongoing sales support to existing customers, help identify potential new opportunities, and collaborate within sales teams to develop sales strategies and pricing schemes. You take the ownership on the account management on development to grow in link with company objectives and customers’ expectations. You provide outstanding service to assigned customers, developing, and strengthening industry relationships, with the aim of working towards becoming a Key Account Manager, responsible for larger accounts and helping to build a regional strategic direction.
Providing ongoing account support to existing customers across Europe, CIS, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.
Analysing historical data and future projections to understand the future of the industry and build a forecast.
Identifying new sales leads and developing sales plans.
You have a successful experience in sales and/or account management.
You are in fluent in English and French, other EMEA languages are an asset. Arabic will be a plus
Home working flexibility.
Possibility to grow into a Key Account Manager position.
