IT Service Desk Analyst Job Description
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to senior executives and partners, ensuring a seamless experience with our services.
The role involves supporting various technologies such as Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Teams, as well as network troubleshooting, hardware support, and knowledge management.
You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve issues efficiently, while maintaining strong communication skills in English, Dutch, French, or German.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives and partners, providing white-glove support and VIP service.
* Support and maintain Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Teams infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide hardware support for Lenovo and HP devices.
* Manage knowledge base and ensure accurate documentation of procedures and solutions.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies.

Requirements:
