Electrical Engineer – Maintenance .
Your Mission The Electrical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of equipment, assets, and infrastructure, in line with reliability, quality, safety, and budget objectives. He/she operates in a demanding industrial environment, working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Your Responsibilities Be responsible for subcontractor management: preparation, supervision, follow-up, and final acceptance of work Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance operations Provide technical leadership during technical meetings Propose technical solutions and continuous improvement initiatives Manage validation and qualification processes for new or repaired equipment Assess costs, timelines, scope, and complexity of maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures Prevent, analyze, and manage operational incidents Carry out continuous technological monitoring Ensure availability and proper management of spare parts Manage technical aspects of procurement (support to purchasing department, RFQs, bid analysis, supplier consultations)
Your Profile Engineering degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Reliability Engineering 5 to 7 years of successful experience in an industrial (hands-on) environment Strong skills in industrial electrical systems Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Basic knowledge of mechanics Knowledge of failure analysis methods: FMEA, root cause analysis, Ishikawa Project management and reliability improvement skills Natural leadership and ability to supervise teams Strong technical problem-solving skills and sense of priorities Ability to perform under pressure and make decisions Excellent communication skills and team spirit Fluent in French, basic knowledge of technical English
