The Sr. Enterprise Project Manager supports the development of Cross Business Unit (XBU) processes and procedures to ensure seamless project execution between all of Sotera Health’s entities, affiliates, business Units, and sites globally. Responsible for the development, documentation, and training for XBU processes and procedures.
Project Management of XBU Strategic Sales, Pharma and Prefilled Syringe, Strategic Projects
1. Actively manage 5-10 cross business unit (XBU) projects, supporting internal Sales leads and Customer Sponsors from opportunity definition through operational execution, including but not limited to:Opportunity definition Consulting & technical services coordination & scopingEquipment installation, site qualifications & registrations, and process definitionProject and timeline management Active (Daily/Weekly) customer communications
Global Process Development
2. Develop Standard processes and procedures for strategic processes globally. This will include the Global Validation process.
3. Consolidate and standardize global processes across all business units & technologies.
4. Document global processes as needed for project.
5. Create, administer, and train others on systems to support processes as needed.
6. Apply change management methods to ensure process adoption.
7. Develop, capture and report periodic (No Less than quarterly) process KPI’s (internal execution & customer satisfaction).
XBU Cross Business Unit Strategy
8. Partner with cross functional business leaders to develop long term XBU strategy which will accelerate growth within each of Sotera Health’s business units and ensure that Sotera Health’s service offering has clear and defined market differentiation.Customer White GloveCustomer One Stop Shop ExperienceCustomer Speed To Market
9. Work cross functionally to create one company processes that ensure the seamless execution of cross business unit, entity, site, or geography projects.
Enterprise Projects
10. Support additional enterprise projects as may be appropriate to ensure department bandwidth and/or personnel development. Examples include but not limited to:M & A IntegrationEnterprise Project Management (Planview)Sales Quoting, Contracts & Pricing SupportAdditional projects as maybe required as part of annual goals.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience):
11. Bachelor’s degree required in Science, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
12. Five or more years’ experience managing large, complex projects.
13. Five or more years’ experience in operations including sterilization validation experience (Ethylene Oxide, Gamma, EBeam, X-Ray, and/ or laboratory operations strongly preferred.
14. Three or More Years of Pharmaceutical, Prefilled Syringe, and/or Wearable Product Development.
