As a Change, Learning and Communications Analyst, you will lead and deliver Organizational Change Management, Learning and Training, and Communications support for IT projects. You will drive change initiatives, foster employee engagement, and promote continuous learning and development. This is a full-time permanent role based out of Antwerp, Belgium office location in a hybrid setting. Change Management:
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
* Execute OCM plans and deliverables.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
* 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Corporate Communications, Learning & Development.
* Fluency in French is a mandatory requirement for this role.
* Proven track record in managing change initiatives in a global organization.
* Extensive experience in developing and implementing communication strategies at a senior level.
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
* Strong presentation skills to senior management.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to evaluate risks, consider alternatives, and make informed decisions.
* Strong project management skills.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
* Familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
