We're hiring a Product Owner to own and improve our cutting-edge Energy Management System (EMS)Own the EMS product end-to-end: shape what we build, turn business and operational needs into a clear roadmap, deliver value with the team, and keep the platform reliable, scalable, and easy to operate.
Vision & priorities: co-define and shape the EMS roadmap with stakeholders and EMS management.Product leadership: own the EMS products and act as the single point of contact between business and engineering.Backlog: collect, qualify, and prioritize feature and bug requests from internal teams and external partners/clients. Functional analysis: write functional specs and help define requirements (APIs/integrations, Modbus specificiations, client needs, etc.).Sprint planning & delivery: set sprint goals, support planning, and unblock the team during execution. Business Development Support: provide support in pre-sales discussions to understand the business requirements and explain what the EMS solution can and cannot do
Project managementTeam cadence: run daily/weekly syncs, workshops, retros, and cross-team alignment.Delivery tracking: manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks; manage expectations and escalate trade-offs early.Partner coordination: support integration planning, rollouts, and post-deploy follow-up with partners and clients.
Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in software.Solid understanding of energy systems and markets (flexibility, curtailment, ancillary services, tariffs, etc.).comfortable discussing architecture, data, and trade-offs.Excellent communication in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
Technical skills: working knowledge of Python and SQL (reading/debugging, data exploration, basic scripting).
