Rattaché hiérarchiquement à un Chef de Groupe Achats Internationaux (International Purchasing Manager), vous êtes la pierre angulaire de l'organisation d'EURELEC Trading. Vous êtes en charge des négociations internationales avec les leaders industriels de la grande consommation, de la préparation de la stratégie de négociation à la finalisation des contrats. Responsable de la bonne mise en œuvre de l'alignement entre les différents partenaires et parties prenantes, vous êtes garant de la bonne application des prix négociés auprès des enseignes à l’international (France, Benelux, Allemagne, Autriche, Portugal, Pologne...).
VOS MISSIONS
* Préparer et conduire les négociations commerciales et juridiques européennes de votre catégorie en vous appropriant notamment le diagnostic commercial et économique de votre catégorie (analyses des parts de marché européennes, des équilibres économiques, des potentiels de développement en fonction des territoires...), l’analyse de la valeur des produits que vous référencez (décomposition matières premières, intrants industriels...) et la performance logistique de vos comptes industriels.
* Construire les argumentaires des négociations dont vous avez la responsabilité avec les industriels PGC (analyse prix du marché, marge...).
* Analyser les impacts des innovations/relancements de gammes de votre catégorie.
* Briefer et animer l’équipe de négociation de votre catégorie composée d’Adhérents E.Leclerc et de Responsables des Achats REWE et Ahold Delhaize.
* Assurer l'animation et la conduite des réunions commerciales et juridiques.
* Proposer et aligner vos approches tactiques en cohérence avec les enjeux des trois enseignes.
* Définir en fonction des pays les prix d’achat de l’ensemble des produits de votre catégorie.
* Etablir le reporting et la coordination pour votre équipe de négociation.
* Assurer l’interface entre les industriels et les entités du groupe dans les pays.
* Participer à des projets annexes de développement et de conduite de changement au sein de l'organisation d'EURELEC Trading.
TALENT f/h RECHERCHÉ
* Diplômé d’un Master's degree in Business/Management.
* Vous avez exercé avec succès la fonction d’Acheteur National ou International au sein d'une enseigne de distribution GSA ou vous avez exercé une fonction de Compte Clé chez un industriel PGC.
* Vous savez négocier avec aisance et justifiez de premiers tours de négociation concluants au niveau national et/ou international.
* Anglais et français courants. La maîtrise de l'allemand et du néerlandais serait très appréciée. Converser les quatre langues est un réel atout pour mener à bien les négociations et les échanges réguliers à l’international.
* Leader d’influence charismatique, vous aurez l’art de concilier les intérêts de vos enseignes et de vos pays avec ceux de vos comptes industriels.
* Votre ouverture d’esprit et votre capacité d’écoute et de communication sont vos atouts majeurs pour assimiler un environnement international pluriel.
* Vous êtes reconnu pour votre intégrité qui doit garantir des négociations loyales et équilibrées et les inscrire dans la continuité du projet de marché européen.
Vos responsabilités évolueront dans leur périmètre au rythme de la croissance constante de notre centrale d’achats.

Joining EURELEC Trading means choosing to join a high-level international negotiation school! You are looking for a position with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. Reporting hierarchically to an International Purchasing Manager, you are the cornerstone of the EURELEC Trading organization. You are in charge of international negotiations with leading FMCG manufacturers, from the preparation of the negotiation strategy to the finalization of contracts. Responsible for the proper implementation of alignment between the various partners and stakeholders, you ensure the proper application of negotiated prices with international brands (France, Benelux, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Poland...).
YOUR MISSIONS
* Prepare and conduct European commercial and legal negotiations for your category by appropriating the commercial and economic diagnosis of your category (analysis of European market shares, economic balances, development potentials according to territories...), the value analysis of the products you reference (breakdown of raw materials, industrial inputs...) and the logistical performance of your industrial accounts.
* Build the negotiation arguments for which you are responsible with FMCG manufacturers (market price analysis, margin...).
* Analyze the impacts of innovations/relaunches of your category's product ranges.
* Brief and lead the negotiation team for your category composed of E.Leclerc members and REWE and Ahold Delhaize Purchasing Managers.
* Ensure the animation and conduct of commercial and legal meetings.
* Propose and align your tactical approaches in coherence with the stakes of the three brands.
* Define the purchase prices of all the products in your category according to the countries.
* Establish reporting and coordination for your negotiation team.
* Ensure the interface between manufacturers and the group's entities in the countries.
* Participate in ancillary development and change management projects within the EURELEC Trading organization.
TALENT WANTED
* Graduate with a Master's degree in Business/Management.
* You have successfully held the position of National or International Buyer within a large food retail chain or you have held a Key Account position with an FMCG manufacturer.
* You are comfortable negotiating and have successfully completed initial negotiation rounds at the national and/or international level.
* Fluent in English and French. Proficiency in German and Dutch would be highly appreciated. Conversing in all four languages is a real asset for successful negotiations and regular international exchanges.
* A charismatic influential leader, you will have the art of reconciling the interests of your brands and countries with those of your industrial accounts.
* Your open-mindedness and your ability to listen and communicate are your major assets for assimilating a diverse international environment.
