You manage financial controlling for the support functions (HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales & Branches), ensuring alignment with company policies. You analyse costs, budgets, and forecasts to improve resource use and financial performance. You track and report KPIs such as working capital and cash flow, and share key findings with the CFO. You prepare monthly financial reports and manage operational and investment budgets during the annual budget process to align with company goals. You prepare the monthly financial results for Oleochemicals and report KPIs to support management decisions. You manage master data for controlling, ensuring accuracy and usability for decision-making. You act as the go-to person for financial questions or analyses from the management team. You collaborate with other departments to translate financial insights into action plans while maintaining strong internal controls for accurate reporting. You contribute to process improvements, stay updated on industry trends, and share knowledge with colleagues. Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Typically, you have initial experience in finance, preferably as a controller; experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment is advantageous. Familiarity with SAP and advanced data analysis tools is a plus. Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch is essential; proficiency in French is a bonus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from financial data to influence business strategies. What’s in it for you?
