Your Mission
The talent sourcer is the candidate's first contact with RealDev. As part of this role, you will be required to :
* Use social networks and professional platforms (LinkedIn, Apec, etc.) to interact with potential candidates
* Search, identify and contact relevant profiles
* Present the company to candidates
* Keep the ATS up to date
* Organise recruitment interviews with the people responsible for each stage of the process
* Participate in and propose recruitment and team development projects
* Participate in the improvement of internal processes
Requirements:
* At least a Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
* Interest in recruitment within the engineering sector
* You are fluent in French and Dutch
* You have good organisational skills, a proactive attitude and motivation
* Your team spirit and high level of commitment will ensure the success of your department
Assets:
* Experience in recruiting engineers or professions in short supply.
* The ability to express yourself in English
* A small dose of humour and/or a good-natured attitude will help you to fit in even more easily
