We are reinforcing the Global Brand team and are looking for a Brand Project Coordinator who is eager to execute the multiyear branding strategy by managing projects and contributing to brand strategies. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills and a broad interest in everything related to branding. You will report to the Global Brand Lead (location Waregem) and will be part of the Customer & Brand Experience team.

Your role and responsibilities
Support the planning, execution and tracking of brand projects & campaigns. Projects are related to all aspects of branding: for example, creating a brand marketing campaign, as well as coordinating branded packaging on all sites worldwide.
1. Briefings: create briefings - creative & guidelines.
2. Project planning: develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
3. Project coordination: follow-up on project tasks, liaising with cross-functional teams, vendors and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Problem-solving: identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges, providing creative solutions to meet project objectives.
5. Asset creation: coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets for branded campaigns, such as graphics, content, and promotional materials.
6. Campaign support: assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, trade fair presence, social media promotions, webshop banners,...
Contribute to selected strategic brand reviews.
7. Business understanding: gain a deep understanding of the needs of the business. Get insights from key internal stakeholders as well as from customer feedback through different sources.
8. Competitive review: complete business insights with an analysis of the competition and understand how they position and communicate.
9. Strategic recommendation: contribute to the strategic recommendation to bring to the Branding Steerco.
Communication & stakeholder management: most projects require multiple-department and high-level stakeholder management.
10. Identify key stakeholders & manage effective relations.
11. Work closely with multiple departments, depending on the project: Marketing, Sales enablement, Sales, Category Management, Operations,...
12. Ensure repetitive communication to make sure everybody understands why the (new) project is being done and what the expected value is.
13. Documentation: maintain project documentation, including project briefs, status reports, and meeting notes. Ensure all project files are organized and accessible to the teams.
Work with a continuous improvement mindset: track performance, collect learnings & optimize.
14. Measurement & Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of your projects using relevant metrics. Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations to the Corporate Communications Manager for continuous improvement.
15. Quality assurance on brand campaigns: conduct quality checks on brand campaign materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines and initial briefing.
16. Organize a retrospective after every project to collect learnings & include take-aways in future projects.
17. Monitor market practices: stay up-to-date with industry trends and practices as inspiration for future (process) improvements and innovation.
How to succeed / Your profile
18. Master or bachelor degree in relevant field or equal by experience
19. 2 to 5 years of professional experience in branding/marketing
20. Experience in an international company and/or global projects is a plus
21. Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
22. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret marketing metrics and assess campaign performance.
23. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and quality.
24. Problem-solving attitude, proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to push back when needed.
