As our Pedagogical Lead, you’ll bring your expertise in how people learn and help us turn it into a concrete, innovative system, powered by smart, adaptive technology. You’ll work closely with us to define what content and skills make up our curriculum, and how learning experiences are designed to build real‑world capabilities. Your expertise will guide not only what students learn, but how they learn, shaping exercises, feedback, and progression paths. You’ll play a central role in designing the full adaptivity of the system, ensuring that every learner is challenged at the right level, supported where they struggle, and motivated to reach their goals. This is a practical, applied role where your expertise will directly shape the system. Together with us, you’ll build, test, and refine learning experiences that help learners grow, stay motivated, and develop confidence in their abilities. You’ll also contribute to the vision and direction of the product and learning ecosystem, helping ensure it delivers meaningful impact for learners, parents, and tutors alike.
